When I wrote the RGNX primer last year, the stock was around $9 and the job was to explain why this thing was worth owning: a differentiated Duchenne program, an AbbVie-partnered ocular franchise, and a “golden ticket” Priority Review Voucher waiting on the far side of an MPS II approval. I am now revisiting this name because the single biggest variable working against the entire thesis just flipped.
