I’ve written on both CMPS and GHRS in the past and the connective tissue in both notes was the same claim: the regulatory environment around psychedelic therapy was formalizing in practice even while it stayed restrictive on paper. This month the paper caught up as the FDA has converted its June 2023 draft guidance on psychedelic drug development into a finalized document.
